Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications related to your participation, including updates, service-related messages, and occasional announcements. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Payment

​

If you purchase access to the Core Membership or Peer Groups:

• Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified

• By providing a payment method, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as applicable

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information

If payment cannot be processed, access to services may be suspended until resolved.

Recurring Membership

​

If you enroll in a subscription-based offering:

​

• Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

• You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period​

• Access to membership content and community spaces will terminate at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All sales are considered final.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided for any changes to recurring membership fees.

 

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All Membership content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Strategy Papers, lifecycle tools, assessments, frameworks, and related educational materials are proprietary intellectual property of Sheree Cannon and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Peer Groups & Community Participation

Participation in Peer Groups and the Community spaces is intended to be respectful, collaborative, and professional.

By participating, you agree:

• To engage in good faith

• To respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members

• Not to share sensitive discussions outside the group

• Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing peer group discussions or member content without express permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the integrity and intended purpose of the community.

User Content

If you share content within the community (posts, comments, materials):

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us permission to display and share it within the Service

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights​

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided through the Service are the property of Sheree Cannon unless otherwise stated.

They may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Termination

• Grant funding or fundraising success

• Organizational growth or financial outcomes
