Some people find their way into nonprofit work. I never left it.
For more than three decades, I've sat across the table from founders, executive directors, and board members doing some of the most important work on the planet. I've watched organizations transform when they finally have the strategy, the resources, and the confidence to move. That moment never gets old.
I believe in this sector deeply. Not naively. I've seen the hard parts, and I still believe. Because the people who show up for this work, day after day, are extraordinary.

My approach is relational at its core. Clients tell me I'm grounded, direct, and genuinely invested in their success. I bring my whole self into this work, and I care about outcomes long after an engagement ends.
I live in San Diego and have served nonprofit clients in eight countries. I believe, in a felt sense, that we are all connected. That thread runs through everything I do.
Nature keeps me sane. Relationships keep me rooted. Music brings me joy.
