When I was four years old, I began building tiny houses outside for the fairies.
Each morning I would run outside to look. The tiny furniture had shifted, and there was always candy waiting. To a child, the world felt alive with quiet magic
I learned very early that when you listen to curiosity, create with care, intention and imagination, something wonderful appears.​
Engaging the world this way has never left me.
I have always been drawn to wonder about the subtle patterns that move through people and the places where meaningful work takes shape.
Curiosity guides me. Integrity, kindness, and authenticity anchor how I live and how I work.

Over decades of work in the nonprofit sector, I have served as founder, executive leader, board member, and development professional. ​
I understand firsthand what it means to hold mission, funding, people, and accountability, all at once.
This lived experience affords me a grounded, practical perspective to this work. I know the realities leaders face and I meet them with steadiness, respect, and a deep understanding of what it takes to sustain meaningful organizations over time.

I recognize where organizations are out of alignment, where leaders are compensating for structural gaps, and where work is being asked to move faster than it realistically can; bringing clarity without judgment and guidance without urgency.​
My work includes identifying creative funding pathways and supporting long-term resource development rooted in trust and sustainability. ​
