Learning Pathways

The Learning Pathways create space for nonprofit leaders to

engage, reflect, and grow.

Four Pathways of Learning

Find the learning pathway that matches your stage
and supports what comes next.

With four distinct learning pathways available, nonprofit leaders can rely on proactive support to move their important work forward at every stage:

  • Leadership Circles

  • Insight Sessions (Live Webinar Series)

  • Leadership Coaching (1:1 Strategic Support)

  • Nonprofit Toolkit Podcast

Nonprofit LEADERSHIP CIRCLE

Join peers in a collaborative, mastermind-style environment that encourages shared insight, thoughtful dialogue, and mutual accountability.

The Nonprofit Masterminds are a weekly open session for nonprofit leaders to find practical insight and thoughtful guidance.

Participants are invited to bring real questions from their organizations, whether related to strategy, governance, funding, partnerships, or systems design, and receive expert perspective in a collaborative setting.

Leadership
Coaching
(1:1)

You may be noticing signs that something isn’t quite aligned:

  • Progress feels harder than it should

  • Decisions carry more weight, without clear direction

  • The organization is shifting, but the path forward is unclear

  • There is a growing sense that what worked before no longer fits

In many cases, these challenges are not about effort or strategy. They are the result of misalignment — of operating from the wrong stage in your organization’s lifecycle.

This is the work I have focused on for more than three decades: helping nonprofit and social impact leaders understand where they are, what is required at that stage, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

If you think coaching support or an assessment might help you, reach out to begin the conversation.

I'd love to hear about your work.

Insight Sessions
webinars & live events

Insight Sessions are focused, live conversations designed to bring clarity to the complex challenges nonprofit leaders are navigating. Grounded in real-world experience, these sessions go beyond teaching concepts to help leaders interpret their current situation, understand the dynamics at play, and identify aligned next steps.

Offered both in person and remotely, Insight Sessions are designed for executive, board, and senior leadership. They provide practical insight, experienced perspective, and the space to step back and think clearly about the decisions shaping your organization.

Sessions may include topics such as:

  • Strengthening fundraising and development efforts

  • Aligning board and leadership roles and expectations

  • Navigating growth and organizational transitions

  • Understanding your lifecycle stage and what is required next

Each session is designed to sharpen thinking, bring clarity, and support leaders in moving forward with confidence and intention.
